Filling Out Production/Installation Reservation Form on Your Phone

The Production/Installation Reservation Form can be filled out on your smart phone and submitted via email.

Below is the workflow for iPhone users. If you already have Google Drive application downloaded, there are a few more steps to be able to open it in Acrobat listed below the original iPhone instructions.

If you are an Android user, please fill out the Reservation form on a computer.

iPhone (without Google Drive application installed)

1) Download the Adobe Acrobat Reader application from the App Store.

2) Go to the Production/Installation Reservation Form page on 2 Pop and tap the PDF's Pop Out icon. It will open the PDF in a new window.

3) Tap the Download icon near the top of the screen. It will open another window with downloaded version of the form.

4) Tap on the Share icon on the bottom of window and tap Copy to Acrobat.

5) Adobe Acrobat reader will open the form. Tap on the text boxes to fill out the form. Do not tap on the pencil icon to try and fill out the form; it is only used for signing documents.

6) When finished filling out the form, tap the Share symbol at the top of the screen.

7) Select Share a Copy at the bottom of the screen to select the mailing app you use and submit the form to fvproduction@calarts.edu.

iPhone (with Google Drive application installed)

If you already have Google Drive installed on your iPhone, there are a few extra steps to be able to open the form in Adobe Acrobat Reader to fill it out.

1) Download the Adobe Acrobat Reader application from the App Store.

2) Go to the Production/Installation Reservation Form page on 2 Pop and click the PDF's Pop Out icon.

3) The PDF will open in a new window and ask if you want to open it in Drive. Tap Open.

3) In Drive, if under the PDF name it reads Locked, you must first Make a copy to add it to your personal Google Drive. Then proceed to the next step.

4) Once your PDF isn't locked, tap the "..." menu icon in the top right corner.

5) In the menu, select Open in.

6) Select Copy to Acrobat
